We connected students with study abroad counselors.
Beyond designing and developing Eduglobe’s site, we built an appointment-booking portal so prospective students can schedule sessions with counselors streamlining the process.
What we did:
Eduglobe International is a student-focused education consultancy that guides aspiring learners through every step of studying abroad. From selecting top global universities to handling applications and visa processes, Eduglobe empowers students to achieve their international education goals with confidence and clarity.
Eduglobe’s site listed multiple countries, each requiring a distinctive landmark icon, but the overall design had to remain cohesive. With text-heavy pages, there was a real risk of visual clutter and inconsistent styling creeping in. Moreover, the booking system needed to handle time‐zone differences and evolving counselor availability without overwhelming the CMS.
Our designers created a custom icon set, each illustration reflecting local architecture or cultural motifs, and embedded them into a unified style guide—defining color, padding, and typography rules. We then implemented a lightweight calendar system that pulls live counselor schedules, automatically adjusts for time zones, and writes back confirmed bookings into the CMS. Throughout, iterative design reviews ensured a clean, welcoming interface that guides students by both sight and function.
