Beyond designing and developing Eduglobe’s website, we built an appointment booking portal that allows prospective students to schedule sessions with counselors, streamlining the entire process.

Eduglobe International is a student-focused education consultancy that guides aspiring learners through every step of studying abroad. From selecting top global universities to handling applications and visa processes, Eduglobe empowers students to achieve their international education goals with confidence and clarity.
Eduglobe’s website featured multiple countries, each requiring a distinctive landmark icon while maintaining a cohesive visual identity. With content-rich pages, there was a genuine risk of visual clutter and inconsistent styling. Additionally, the booking system needed to accommodate multiple time zones and changing counselor availability without adding unnecessary complexity to the CMS.
To maintain consistency across multiple destinations, our design team developed a custom icon set inspired by local landmarks and cultural elements, all governed by a unified design system covering colors, spacing, and typography. On the technical side, we built a lightweight booking platform that synchronizes live counselor availability, intelligently handles time zone conversions, and records confirmed appointments directly within the CMS. Regular design reviews helped refine the user experience, resulting in an intuitive interface that guides prospective students naturally from exploration to booking.
