ideaGeek’s Project Wins Two National Awards at BestWeb.LK 2026
Our e-commerce project for Rasa Padhama has been recognized with a Bronze Award and Best Mobile Optimized Website at the national web awards.
We’re proud to share some exciting news from ideaGeek. One of our recent e-commerce projects has won two national awards at BestWeb.LK 2026.
Our work for Rasa Padhama, a Sri Lankan spice and food brand, received a Bronze Award and the Best Mobile Optimized Website award at this year’s competition. The project was shortlisted in the Food and Beverage category, alongside established Sri Lankan brands including Imperial Teas Group and Maliban Group. For us, seeing a project built for a growing local brand recognized on a national stage is a moment worth celebrating.
From a Project to National Recognition
The project began with a conversation about building a better e-commerce experience. What followed was a collaboration shaped by the brand’s ambitions, its customers, and the realities of its operations. We set out to build something that worked. And we’re proud to see that work recognized. Following its TopWeb.LK May 2026 recognition, the project went on to be shortlisted for BestWeb.LK 2026, eventually earning two national awards.
A Place Among Established Brands
The BestWeb.LK’s Food and Beverage category brought together some of Sri Lanka’s established names in the industry. Being shortlisted alongside Imperial Teas Group and Maliban Group made the recognition particularly meaningful. To see a project we built for a growing local brand stand alongside these names was a proud moment for everyone involved.
It is also a reminder that great digital experiences can come from businesses of all sizes. What matters is understanding the problem, caring about the details, and building something that serves a real purpose.
